Finance and Administration Manager 50-70% (m/f/i)
Your mission
As Finance and Administration Manager, you are a key player in the operation and sustainability of the Foundation. You ensure the financial, accounting, administrative, budgetary and asset management of the Foundation. You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and principles of good governance.
As a member of the Management Committee, you contribute to strategic decisions and provide your expertise to the Foundation Board. You also supervise the management, maintenance and security of buildings and infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities
Finance and accounting
- Manage budgets, cash flow and financial forecasts
- Maintain accounting, produce monthly financial reporting and annual closures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for the Management Committee and Foundation Board
- Perform accounting operations and manage cash registers
Administration and payroll
- Manage the insurance portfolio and administrative contracts
- Lead and supervise the entire payroll process, in collaboration with the HR department
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing of salaries
- Manage procedures
- Control salary data and supervise the preparation of salaries and social security statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual provisions
- Monitor social charges, social insurance and other remuneration-related obligations
Quality management system
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the Foundation's documentation system
- Ensure compliance with standards regarding management, distribution, versioning and archiving of documents
Your profile
- Higher education in finance, accounting, management or equivalent
- Proven experience in a responsible role in finance and infrastructure
- Strong skills in budget management, accounting, cash management and financial control
- Mastery of payroll and social insurance processes
- Organisational skills, analytical ability and decisiveness
- Rigor, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of Abacus is an asset
