For a client location in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual by arrangement for a period of 6 months with the option to extend.Receptionist
What you can achieve with us.
In this role, you are the face of the company and ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:
- Competent and friendly customer reception
- Accompanying customers to the meeting rooms
- Prompt and reliable answering and forwarding of telephone calls
- Beverage service including preparation and follow-up
- Management of meeting rooms
- Equipment management
- Washing up, polishing glasses, mise-en-place preparations and general kitchen duties
- Other administrative tasks
What defines you.
- You are a service provider from the bottom of your heart.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience at reception in a similar position
- Training in gastronomy/hospitality or similar
- You have very good PC and MS Office user skills.
- German is your mother tongue and you also have good English skills, both spoken and written
- You work independently and proactively.
- You convince with a likeable and warm demeanour.
- You are a resilient and flexible personality who enjoys administrative tasks
