Job description
As a Senior Project Manager - Tender Specialist, you will join a dynamic team in Switzerland, in Geneva, specialising in supporting strategic projects, with the objective of structuring and managing the drafting of complex tenders in a regulated environment. Your role will be to frame the needs, define the acquisition strategy, secure solution choices and ensure the relevance of the proposed arrangements.
You will join our team to manage a strategic project lasting 3 months, with a commitment of 30 to 50 % of your time.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Structure and manage the drafting of tenders in compliance with regulatory constraints
- Define an acquisition strategy adapted to the client’s context and needs
- Ensure the coherence and performance of the proposed arrangements
- Secure choices between integration, licences or market solutions
- Take into account the existing expression of needs and clarify functional, technical and legal issues
- Structure the overall project approach
- Adapt the drafting of tenders to regulatory constraints
- Identify risks related to contractual models (publisher/integrator)
- Analyse available market solutions and organise demonstrations if necessary
- Evaluate different options and capitalise on feedback and existing templates
🎯 Your profile
- Experience in managing complex projects (7 to 10 years)
- Experience in drafting tenders
- Experience in public procurement highly desired
- Experience with FSM projects or field service management tools appreciated
- Mastery of contractual and purchasing issues
- Ability to frame strategy and structure tenders
- Global vision of implementation projects (publisher/integrator/solution)
- Analytical mind and rigour
- Native French speaker. Fluent English
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
