COMMERCIAL ALL-ROUND TALENT 80-100% (m/f/d)

Hasler Energietransport AG is a leading company in the field of energy transport in Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking from January or by arrangement for a committed and versatile Commercial All-Round Talent (80-100%) for a fixed-term position until mid-2027. Are you an organisational talent and able to keep an overview even in a direct and lively environment? Then you are exactly right with us! As a commercial all-rounder, you are the central interface between our drivers and office staff, our customers, and the secretariat.

Your tasks

• Telephone and written customer support (including operating the telephone switchboard)
• Handling administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day business
• Creation and management of offers, invoices and delivery notes
• Coordination and support of internal departments
• Maintenance and updating of master data, creation of correspondence
• General office work and support of the team in special projects

What we wish for

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organisational talent and a structured, precise way of working.
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Friendly and service-oriented manner, enjoyment of telephone work.
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
