Farm Team Leader (90%)

You love working with people and feel just as comfortable outdoors in agriculture. As a reliable and empathetic personality, you lead the two areas "barn" and "arable farming" of our organically certified farm together with specialists. You support employees in their daily work and thus make a significant contribution to offering this diverse, needs-oriented workplace.

For this, we entrust you with the responsibility

• Leading specialist employees and staff with support
• Accompanying, supporting and instructing the people cared for in their work
• Key worker duties
• Daily work with animals
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in the agriculture department and other areas at Wagerenhof
• Maintaining documentation
• Adhering to quality and safety regulations
• Contact person for internal and external bodies
• Participation in further training, courses, professional consultations
• Collaboration in working groups and projects

What you bring

• Leadership experience
• Work-educational or social-pedagogical training or several years of experience working with people requiring support
• Qualified farmer (EFZ)
• Enjoyment in working with people requiring support and processing natural materials
• Several years of experience in agriculture and working with animals
• Experience in forestry and woodland
• Knowledge of organic guidelines
• Willingness to work weekend and on-call duties
• Good PC user skills
• Driving licence category B
