For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for an Infrastructure Employee for our branch in Lucerne starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Challenge
- Execution of maintenance, intermediate and basic cleaning in residential, office and commercial properties
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and preservation of the value of the buildings
- Cleaning of stairwells, sanitary facilities, entrance areas, lift systems and other common areas
- Carrying out quality controls Proper use of cleaning agents and cleaning machines Refilling of consumables
- Maintenance of outdoor areas Disposal of waste Support with special cleaning tasks
- Contact person for customers, tenants and external service providers Independent completion of assigned cleaning tasks
Your Profile
- Training as a building cleaner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or several years of professional experience in maintenance and special cleaning
- Experience in handling cleaning machines as well as professional cleaning agents
- Good knowledge of German
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- High quality and hygiene awareness
- Good physical condition and physical resilience
- Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
- Strong service orientation as well as teamwork and flexibility
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
