Product Development
At PEN, everything revolves around kitchen furniture in all facets and colours, interior fittings, fittings and technology. In the team, you can expect a concentrated dose of know-how in the areas of prototype construction, 3D printing, furniture making, master data setup and product launch. In the central position of development, you can look forward to lively exchange throughout the entire kitchen business and help shape the kitchens of the future!
Tasks you can look forward to
- Development of product ideas and improvements up to market launch
- Management of projects and subprojects in the areas of product, service and process development
- Planning and conducting training sessions including preparation of training materials
- Participation in cross-departmental initiatives according to OKR
