Our client is an internationally active corporate group based in Zug. To strengthen the Finance team, we are looking for an analytically strong and technically skilled individual who will drive the further development of the financial systems landscape as well as the optimisation of group-wide reporting and data processes.
Job Description
- Responsibility for the Microsoft Business Central ERP system including administration, further development and optimisation of processes and workflows
- Support in the introduction and integration of LucaNet as a group consolidation and planning solution
- Ensuring data integration between ERP, CRM, reporting, BI and other financial systems
- Building, maintaining and monitoring data interfaces as well as ensuring data quality and consistency
- Creation, further development and automation of financial and management reports
- Analysis and optimisation of existing reporting, forecasting and controlling processes
- Close collaboration with Finance, Data Engineering, IT and international stakeholders
- Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements from a systems perspective
- Preparation of documentation, tests and training for end users
- Participation in digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance or comparable qualification
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in the area of Finance Systems, Business Analysis, Reporting or Financial Controlling
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with financial and reporting processes as well as a good understanding of balance sheets, income statements and group reporting
- Knowledge of LucaNet, Power BI or comparable reporting and consolidation solutions is an advantage
- Very good Excel skills, especially in data preparation, Power Query and reporting
- High affinity for systems, data flows, interfaces and process automation
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Very good German and English skills
