About the job

At Personal Sigma Schwyz, you fill permanent positions for SMEs in the region, in commercial, technical, and management areas. You accompany companies and candidates from the first conversation to contract signing.

You do not need to have worked as a recruitment consultant before. More important is that you bring sales experience, enjoy engaging with people, and want to further develop an existing client base. We will teach you the craft of recruitment consulting.

This is what you do

• You acquire new corporate clients through telephone prospecting and visits and expand the existing client base
• You clarify vacancies with managing directors and HR managers
• You actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, database, and network and conduct interviews and reference checks
• You accompany the process until employment and negotiate fees

This is what you bring

• A commercial basic education or equivalent
• At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience, e.g. from insurance, banking, field sales, or recruitment consulting
• Experience with acquisition and closing deals without hesitation
• Excellent communication and a confident, winning manner
• Residence in the canton of Schwyz
