Your activity

• In collaboration with your teams, you are responsible for acquiring new contracts in the field of health insurance and private insurance (including healing cost contracts, collective contracts, LAA, IJM, etc.) and ensure excellent quality advice.
• In addition to leading and organising the branches, you actively and without restriction contribute to the completion of the team’s general tasks.
• These include, among other things, acquiring new contracts, general customer advice, correspondence with customers, as well as entering simple insured persons’ changes.

Your profile

• You are a motivated, goal-oriented and solution-seeking person.
• You keep the essentials in view even during busy periods and are very open to sales activities.
• You live in the canton of Geneva and have an extensive network of contacts in the region.
• In addition to commercial training, you have expertise in the field of insurance (health insurance).
• You have already led a sales team.
• Further training, e.g. as a sales coordinator, sales specialist or specialist in health insurance or social insurance (EP level), is an advantage.
