Your Task

Maintenance of all technical, electrical and sanitary systems
Maintenance of machinery and cleaning equipment
Management and maintenance of care aids
Accompanying and monitoring of third-party company deployments
Troubleshooting, especially of heating, ventilation, and electrical installations
General maintenance and repair work on the facility
Material orders in consultation with the department management
Receipt of deliveries and incoming inspection of non-food materials including proper storage
Coordination and execution of resident orders
Conducting room and apartment inspections and handovers
Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
Supervision and support of trainees
Additional responsibility as Safety Officer (occupational safety and health protection)
Training of employees and apprentices

What You Bring

Completed basic training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ or higher
Further training as a vocational trainer and/or Safety Officer is an advantage
You are willing to perform on-call duties and situational assignments on weekends/public holidays (rarely).
You like to take responsibility in your area, think process-oriented and enjoy working independently.
You bring discretion and a good sense for elderly people
You see yourself as a team player and your work as a service
Category B driving license (on-call duty)
