For our management team in Zurich, directly at the main station, we are looking for a Property Manager 60–100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

What to expect

• Independent management of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Personal care of owners, tenants, craftsmen, and caretakers
• Tenant management
• Leading condominium owners' meetings and taking minutes
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Support with renovations and long-term value preservation
• Close collaboration with our architecture and construction management departments

You are a good fit if you

• have several years of experience in managing condominium ownership
• work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• are resilient, service-oriented, and a team player
• ideally hold the federal specialist certificate as a property manager
• communicate confidently in German – both written and spoken
