About the job

Complemedis AG has been a pioneer of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Switzerland for almost 35 years. We import Chinese medicinal herbs and concentrated plant extracts (granulates), produce patient-specific medicines based on prescriptions from TCM specialists, and also offer an over-the-counter range of complementary medicine products.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement, who enjoys taking responsibility and actively getting involved.

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a motivated team of young and experienced employees
• Leading the handling of daily business, from order receipt to dispatch
• Optimising processes and participating in quality assurance
• Contributing to the development of new products
• Active participation in the magistral production of TCM medicines in dispensing categories D and E as well as their monitoring

Your profile

• Completed training as a Pharmacist HF
• Good galenic knowledge
• Enjoyment in creating new products
• Hands-on mentality: you not only lead but actively work in daily business
• Precise, reliable and independent working style
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks and teamwork
• TCM knowledge is not required – we will train you carefully
