What awaits you at Speedcom
- Leadership and further development of the service desk team
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality 1st-level support
- Management, prioritisation and monitoring of ticket and resource management
- First point of contact for internal and external customers with technical enquiries (phone & email)
- Coordination of the operational service desk operations and ensuring smooth processes
- Proper escalation to 2nd- and 3rd-level support (IT system technology)
- Interface and close collaboration with IT system technology and other departments
What you should bring
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable professional experience
- Solid experience in IT support or service desk environment
- Leadership experience or further training in leadership and communication is an advantage
- Strong understanding of support processes, ticketing systems and service quality
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility and organisational skills
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with assertiveness
- Very good German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B
