Your task:

You coordinate and process customer orders from inquiry to on-time delivery

You are the first point of contact for our customers and convince with a professional and solution-oriented service

You create and track quotations and actively support order processing

You work closely with our field sales team and support them in daily operations

You maintain customer, article, and master data in our systems

You monitor delivery dates and ensure smooth communication along the entire supply chain

You coordinate stock levels and support efficient warehouse management

You work cross-departmentally with teams from production, finance, and purchasing and contribute to optimal information flow

Your profile:

Commercial training or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar function

Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation

Structured, independent, and reliable working style

Very good German skills, additional languages such as French or English are an advantage

Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
