Your tasks
- You accompany and individually promote the children in everyday life
- You help create a supportive and development-promoting environment
- You actively shape everyday life in the residential group
- Assistance with administrative tasks as they arise
Your skills
- You have a degree in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification
- You enjoy working in a motivated team
- You act reflectively, responsibly and independently
