The Congress House Zurich is located in the vibrant center of Zurich, the economic metropolis of Switzerland. The Zurich Event and Congress Center can accommodate up to 4,500 guests, making it the largest venue of its kind in downtown Zurich. To further strengthen our motivated Event Support Team, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented personality starting in October or by arrangement.
Installation, commissioning, and control of electrical systems and devices before, during, and after events
Warehouse logistics and maintenance of electrical equipment between assignments
Provision and transport of room furnishings in all rooms of the Congress House, as well as loading and unloading of vehicles
Safety officer for events (SIBE) is an advantage
Carrying out furnishings in the event rooms according to plan
Minor repairs of event materials & experience in event construction
Responsible for the proper and correct storage of materials
Professional experience in the areas of event operation, logistics, or stage construction in a craft environment
Completed training in electrical engineering, event technology, or comparable qualification is an advantage
High service orientation and flexibility (irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend assignments)
Good spatial imagination and networked thinking are very important
Experience in the areas of event logistics or stage construction
Solid knowledge of warehouse management and storage
Proactive and initiative personality
Fluent German and good English skills are a great advantage
