In our Institute for Anaesthesia & Intensive Care Medicine, we care for patients who are operated on at Limmattal Hospital, are seriously ill, have suffered an accident, or require intensive medical care.
The Institute for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine performs over 8,800 sedations, general and regional anaesthesias annually. On the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we care for around 1,000 patients per year. Treatment of pain patients and the emergency medical service are also part of our range of services.
Direct applications are preferred; external recruitment agencies will not be given priority.
This is where you get involved
- in supporting all areas of the chief physician secretary
- in co-organising the chief physician’s appointment calendar
- handling telephone calls and emails for the Institute for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine
- participating in the PEP (time recording system) including processing various duty rosters and their adjustments
- preparing/co-managing new admissions and discharges of various professional groups (assistant doctors, nursing staff, etc.)
- co-creating internal newsletters including dispatch
- co-managing the intranet (e.g. adjustments for employees joining and leaving, uploading various documents such as instructions/SOPs, duty rosters, etc.)
- administratively preparing and following up on various meetings (creating agendas, sending minutes to the correct recipients, etc.)
- preparing PowerPoint presentations
- processing/correcting reports including electronic dispatch
- supporting the pain consultation (summons, triage, recall, etc.)
- performing various administrative tasks
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial sector with additional training as a hospital or medical secretary
- have several years of professional experience as a medical secretary in a similar position
- are an open, motivated and flexible personality
- work independently
- possess an empathetic and customer-oriented working style
- are an organisational talent
- have good PC skills
- have confident German language skills
- are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- have KISIM experience
- have the flexibility and openness to reprioritise at short notice
- are a friendly, trustworthy and committed personality
