We are looking for you as a CNC Programmer for Short Turning (all genders). Thanks to you, the machines run like clockwork: you programme them independently and have a knack for optimising production processes. With precision and care, you develop CNC programmes. Your area of responsibility includes:
- Programming and setting up CNC lathes for the production of precision turned parts (Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami, Doosan)
- Planning, controlling and monitoring the production parts
- Creating the tool list and programme flow plans
- Responsible for new parts production from the machining strategy to series production
- Measuring/checking with the latest optical and tactile measuring devices
- Monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes
To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or similar
- Good knowledge of one or more machine types such as Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami or Doosan
- Programming skills in new parts production as well as in optimising CNC programmes
- Good control knowledge (types: Fanuc, Okuma-OSP, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Good professional experience in measuring and testing technology and in reading drawings (form and positional tolerances)
- Networked thinking and understanding of technical contexts
- Quality- and goal-oriented action as well as solution-oriented mindset
- Good German skills at least A2 and communication ability
- Good eyesight
