To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Construction Manager (m/f) in the field of structural engineering.

As a Construction Manager in structural engineering, you will take responsibility for exciting construction projects and be responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsibility for the execution of construction projects in structural engineering (e.g. residential and office buildings, industrial buildings, hotel and gastronomy construction)
• Coordination and control of construction execution, as well as the trades involved
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines and costs
• Conducting construction meetings and communication with all project participants (architects, engineers, contractors)
• Monitoring site organisation and occupational safety
• Documentation and reporting to project management and the client

To tackle these comprehensive tasks, you bring the following skills:

• Completed training as a construction manager
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in structural engineering
• Sound knowledge in the execution of structural engineering projects
• Confident handling of common construction software tools (e.g. Messerli construction administration)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Teamwork, independent working style and organisational talent
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Experience in hotel construction is an advantage
