• Drafting correspondence and decisions in intra-cantonal jurisdictional disputes between municipalities in the field of social assistance
• Drafting correspondence in inter-cantonal jurisdictional disputes in the field of social assistance
• Drafting correspondence and orders regarding persons without a support residence (Flottanz notifications)
• Providing general legal advice on intra- and inter-cantonal jurisdictional disputes to the municipalities
• Clarifying legal questions

What you bring:

• Completed law degree (lic. iur./MLaw or Bachelor; diploma can be submitted later)
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• High sense of responsibility and reliability

Your working environment

The Cantonal Social Service is responsible for public social assistance, asylum and refugee affairs as well as victim counselling and victim support. It is the appeals authority in the field of social assistance and supports the municipalities in implementing their family and elderly policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative offices, municipalities, other cantons, the federal government and third-party organisations.
