Your Tasks
- Independent and competent handling of complex customer enquiries, concerns and business cases in the areas of tax liability, assessment and tax billing, taking into account the applicable legal bases (e.g. mutation of advance invoices for natural persons)
- Professional initial advice and information provision to internal and external customers on tax-related questions
- Handling complaints, claims and challenging customer situations
- Independent clarifications with internal and external specialist offices
- Active thinking and recognising optimisation and improvement potential in existing procedures and processes, and active participation in the further development of customer service processes
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ, 3 to 4 years)
- Further training at the specialist certificate level and sound knowledge in the tax field are advantageous
- Understanding of legal and tax law issues
- High social competence, strong customer orientation, enjoyment of customer contact and a positive view of people
- High sense of responsibility as well as commitment and reliable working style
- Quick comprehension, decisiveness and solution-oriented thinking
- Confident and professional appearance as a representative of the City of Lucerne
- Good digital affinity and confident handling of common IT applications
