Shape our pricing of tomorrow
Do you want to not only manage pricing but actively shape it? In this key role, you will develop our pricing strategy, create clear structures, and establish sustainable pricing processes for Switzerland and international markets. You think analytically, question the status quo, and bring structure to complex contexts? Then you are exactly right with us.
Your area of responsibility
- You develop the pricing strategy, price structures, and pricing models
- Analysis of market, customer, competitor, and margin data
- You ensure a consistent and comprehensible pricing logic across products, markets, and sales channels
- Maintenance and further development of price and master data
- You review and update sales prices taking into account market, cost, and currency developments
- Build-up and rollout of pricing processes in Switzerland and internationally
- Close cooperation with product management, sales, controlling, and other interfaces
Your profile
- Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in pricing, product or data management as well as ERP experience
- Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding as well as a structured and logical way of thinking
- Enjoy building structures and motivating people for change
- High initiative, structured and independent working style combined with pragmatism in implementation, consistency, and perseverance
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills at all levels
- Empathy, resilience, independence, and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
