Your mission

• You manage the entire procurement process from requisition to payment approval and ensure production never comes to a halt.

• Using smart ERP logic, you agilely control delivery dates according to demand and keep inventories perfectly balanced.

• You network closely with product development and manufacturing, accompany technical adjustments, and improve processes a little every day with your ideas.

• You negotiate terms for required materials, keep track of open issues with suppliers, and push performance to absolute peak levels.

• You confidently manage modern supply models such as Kanban or consignment stock and maintain master data at top level.

Your profile

• Experience: You bring several years of practical experience from operational purchasing or procurement management – ideally in a technical environment.

• Education: Your foundation is a commercial or technical training, preferably complemented by a specialisation in procurement or logistics.

• Tech skills: MS Office (especially Excel) is second nature to you and no one can outdo you in handling ERP systems.

• Mindset: You act assertively, think in solutions rather than problems, and appreciate direct, open communication within the team.

• Languages: Fluent German and confident English in daily business are a given for you.
