HR & Payroll Specialist (60% Payroll | 40% HR Administration)

Would you like to combine your payroll expertise with a varied role in HR administration? Then you are exactly right with us. In this exciting position, you take responsibility for operational personnel work and competently and service-orientedly support our employees as well as managers.

Your tasks

• Main responsibility for the monthly payroll processing for around 200 employees
• Co-responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Support in the recruitment process from job posting to contract creation
• Contact person for employees and managers on personnel-related issues
• Collaboration in the further development of existing HR processes & support in HR projects, as well as implementation of Abacus

Your profile

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or payroll specialist
• Very good knowledge of Swiss payroll and social security system (mandatory 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable role)
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital affinity; knowledge of PEP and Lobos is a plus
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Service-oriented, discreet and responsible personality with a hands-on mentality
• Positive and humorous manner as well as enjoyment in contact with employees and managers
• Resilient, reliable and well organised and flexible even in a dynamic environment
