For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for an experienced and personally convincing HR leader. You can expect a versatile key role in which you will work closely with senior management, lead a committed team, and further develop the HR organisation with your ideas and expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the HR area as well as professional and personnel management of the team as a member of the divisional management
• Advising senior management, executives and employees on personnel-related, strategic and labour law matters
• Continuous development of HR strategy, processes and structures for modern and professional HR work
• Active participation in HR projects focusing on employer branding and organisational development
• Ensuring a high level of service quality together with the team as well as operational involvement when required

Your Profile

• Several years of HR experience in a complex, personnel-intensive and demanding service environment as well as proven leadership and consulting skills
• Solid HR training with advanced education at FH, MAS, MBA or comparable level
• Broad HR expertise, especially in Swiss labour law and operational HR, as well as a good understanding of economic contexts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic foresight and the ability to implement ideas pragmatically and effectively
• Empathetic, integrous and decisive personality who inspires people, creates clarity and acts confidently even in demanding situations
