Your tasks with the new employer:

• You independently shape the operational personnel area and ensure that all administrative processes along the various phases of an employment relationship mesh efficiently

• Timely processing of salary payments and correct handling of insurance-related matters are part of your responsibilities, with accuracy and reliability at the centre

• As a trusted contact person, you support employees and managers with personnel concerns, optimise internal structures, and promote the use of modern digital work tools

• Together with the finance team, you create transparency in the allocation of work performance to individual projects and coordinate additional organisational matters within the company

• Thanks to several years of experience in a broad HR function and practical routine in payroll administration, you are familiar with the challenges of an independently managed personnel area
