The new Bern Police Centre (CPB) in Niederwangen will provide a modern and sustainable infrastructure for the Bern Cantonal Police. Would you like to effectively support its realisation? Within the office of this leading project, a wide variety of responsible tasks await you.
Your tasks
- Support management on administrative and organisational matters and contribute to the smooth realisation of the project
- Write reports, opinions, feedback and other documents
- Request supplier offers, review them, process and coordinate the required feedback
- Enter orders into the SAP system, supervise them and assist with cost control and project controlling
- Prepare minutes, manage long lists of pending items and ensure systematic follow-up
- Coordinate appointments and organise meetings, events and room bookings
- Serve as an administrative hub for project participants, both internal and external
Your profile
- Commercial training, followed by specific further training such as executive assistant or several years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a project environment and good understanding of project processes, strong commercial and business management knowledge
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method, combined with a strong initiative and proven organisational talent
- Quick-witted, systemic thinking and ability to maintain an overview even when handling many parallel tasks
- Team spirit, reliability, communicative personality with a service-oriented attitude
- Very good knowledge of German, good writing skills, good knowledge of French
