Your Profile

• Completed vocational training and experience in guest services
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests and sales
• Experience with Protel is an advantage
• Confident in German language, both spoken and written; English / Italian skills are advantageous
• Warm, well-groomed and confident appearance with good manners
• Team spirit and willingness to provide service are a matter of course
• Active in nature and eager to share your personal enthusiasm with many
• Open to new things

Your Tasks

• Check-in and check-out with heart and style
• Concierge duties
• Maintenance of files and preparation of hotel guest addresses
• Professional handling of complaints
• Invoicing of hotel bills, management and control of own cash register and daily closing
• Close cooperation with housekeeping, kitchen and service
