Would you like to apply your pharmaceutical knowledge in a versatile way, take on responsibility, and help shape the future of a specialised pharmaceutical company?
Complemedis AG is one of the leading Swiss companies in the field of Chinese medicinal therapy. For over 30 years, we have combined the tradition of Chinese medicine with modern pharmaceutical quality standards. We procure, test, process, and develop medicines for medical professionals and their patients.
To strengthen our team in Trimbach, we are looking for a committed pharmaceutical professional to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: You accompany and monitor the production and processing of our medicines and support the daily pharmaceutical operations.
- Pharmacy: You take on pharmaceutical duties in our in-house pharmacy and advise our customers.
- Quality Assurance: You contribute to ensuring and further developing our quality standards, processes, and documentation.
- Product Development: You participate in the development of new medicines, formulations, and dosage forms as well as in the optimisation of existing products.
- Regulatory Affairs: You assist with regulatory issues, the assessment of pharmaceutical legal requirements, and the preparation of corresponding documentation.
- Process Optimisation: You bring in your own ideas and help to continuously improve our procedures and manufacturing processes.
Your profile
- Completed pharmacy studies with a diploma recognised in Switzerland and professional practice licence (BAB)
- Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and product development
- Independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and tackling new challenges
- Openness to innovative approaches and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good IT user skills and interest in further developing existing processes
Knowledge in pharmaceutics, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or complementary medicine is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is your pharmaceutical competence, initiative, and willingness to learn new specialist areas.
What you can expect from us
- An exceptionally versatile pharmaceutical role that goes far beyond the classic pharmacy setting
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday during usual office hours – no evening or Saturday shifts
- The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the development of new products and processes
- Exciting insights into Chinese medicinal therapy and its pharmaceutical particularities
- A collegial, committed team with short decision-making paths
- Opportunities for professional and personal development
- Attractive employment conditions in an established Swiss company
