• Planning and management of projects
• Monitoring and further development of hardware and software configuration
• Control and security of the system and network environment
• Optimization of operational IT know-how
• Management and coordination of personnel deployment
• Consulting the management by developing medium-term strategies

• Completed university of applied sciences degree or a bachelor's degree in IT management, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience as a system administrator as well as initial leadership experience
• Experience in large-scale hotels or an equivalent service company is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independent, committed, and thorough working style within a team
