We are looking for a Principal Expert Safety (m/f/d) to join our team and further develop the safety culture at the Reinach site, ensuring daily that people and equipment are protected.

Then a responsible role awaits you, where you actively shape, advise, and ensure that safety remains a lived reality at the Reinach site.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- operate and improve the safety system and safety organization at the Reinach site and regularly report relevant key figures to management.
- conduct incident investigations, prepare the annual report, and carry out audits and safety inspections.
- as a dangerous goods officer, ensure the safe handling of hazardous materials at the Reinach site and ensure the training, instruction, and information of employees.
- conduct hazard notifications and risk assessments, plan, implement, and verify the effectiveness of resulting measures.
- obtain employee participation within the framework of the Commission for Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy.
- act as deputy radiation protection officer and ensure radiation protection at all facilities with ionizing radiation.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a technical basic education (EFZ) with relevant professional experience or a higher technical degree (HF/FH).
- hold a qualification as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) with a federal certificate as well as a qualification as a safety engineer and possess in-depth knowledge of Swiss occupational safety and health regulations (VUV, Suva, EKAS).
- ideally have additional competencies in fire protection, explosion protection, or handling hazardous materials.
- have experience in applying and further developing management systems according to ISO 45001.
- communicate confidently in German and English and work cooperatively with various teams.
- are service-oriented and place our employees and the Reinach plant at the center of your activities.
