We are looking for true professionals – not only on the road but also in logistics and our own workshops. Our state-of-the-art fleet with around 1,800 vehicles deserves regular maintenance and precise repairs. Are you ready to lend a hand?
- You lead the paint shop team including apprentices, promote their development and ensure a motivating working environment
- You plan, manage and optimise daily operations with oversight and a good sense for efficient processes
- Quality, punctuality and smooth workflows are your top priorities – you keep everything under control
- As a hub, you coordinate collaboration between the workshop, customer service and your team
- You are also responsible for material management as well as order and safety, which you consistently ensure
- You have completed training as a car body painter EFZ and ideally have further qualifications
- With your several years of professional experience – and preferably some leadership experience – you bring the necessary know-how
- You are hands-on, think ahead and take responsibility – you are reliable
- With clear communication and confident presence, you convince in everyday work and enjoy working in a team
- Very good German skills and a category B driving licence complete your profile
