Social Worker 60% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Shaping from the ground up - You help to build the day clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that combines work ability and mental health.
- In-depth social diagnostics – You capture the support needs of patients not just superficially, but get to the root of the real challenges: Where are the real difficulties? What obstacles stand in the way? What is needed for someone to live independently and securely again?
- Creating networks – You work closely with specialist agencies, employers, authorities and relatives and ensure that everyone pulls together.
- Discharge planning with foresight – You design individual transitions from the clinic to everyday life and thus ensure that no one falls into a void.
- Team player in case discussions – In interdisciplinary meetings you contribute your social work perspective and help to develop holistic treatment plans.
Your Profile
- Professional expertise – A tertiary degree in social work (FH, HF or equivalent) and ideally experience in the psychiatric field (or great interest in contributing here).
- Pragmatic solution orientation – You think not in problems but in possibilities. You find creative ways even when the conditions are difficult.
- Strong communication skills – You can explain complex matters clearly – whether to patients, teams or external partners.
- Team spirit & initiative – You enjoy working interdisciplinarily, actively contribute and take responsibility for your cases.
- Enjoyment of group work – You are keen to develop group offers and bring them to life.
- Resilience & flexibility – You remain composed even when things get hectic and adapt quickly to new situations.
