About the job
Internship for Social Pedagogy Students (Practical Module)
The social-pedagogical-psychiatric model ward SOMOSA offers an inpatient 6- to 12-month intensive treatment programme for 14- to 18-year-old female and male adolescents who are in a severe adolescent crisis. The aim of the treatment is to stabilise the clients' personalities to such an extent that they can cope within the existing supportive or substitute socialisation systems upon discharge.
The treatment team consists of social pedagogical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and work therapy professionals who implement the SOMOSA-specific therapeutic-pedagogical concept. The highly frequent case and team supervisions serve as reflection and support forums.
Qualified staff with appropriate training supervise the internship.
