Your Tasks
- Support of the Sales Support team in daily operational business (e.g. processing customer inquiries, preparing RFPs/RFIs, and customer onboarding)
- Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of customer data in the CRM system
- Assistance in the preparation of presentations, reports, and project-related evaluations
- Support of the Head of Client Relationship Management & Marketing in strategic market and customer analyses
- Assumption of general administrative and organizational tasks
Our Requirements
- Completed basic education and currently in further education or studies (business administration, law or comparable; e.g. gap year or still studying)
- Affinity for reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of presentation materials
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (French is an advantage)
- High initiative and strong willingness to learn
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- High resilience and flexibility
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability
- First practical experience in the financial environment (e.g. RFPs/RFIs, reporting) is an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system is an advantage
- Interest in legal and compliance topics
