To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Acquirer for Property Management Mandates (80–100%) who will help shape the future of property management with us.

Your Tasks

• Acquisition of new property management mandates and expansion of our customer portfolio
• Active acquisition of new property management mandates
• Identification and research of potential owners and investors
• Telephone, written, and personal contact
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting initial meetings and needs assessment
• Presentation of the services and property management concept of Moroni Immobilien AG
• Preparation and support of offers
• Conducting negotiations up to mandate conclusion
• Systematic follow-up with prospects and offers
• Building and maintaining a structured acquisition pipeline
• Documentation and maintenance of customer contacts
• Monitoring the real estate market and identifying new business opportunities
• Close cooperation with management as well as our property management and administration team
• Professional handover of acquired mandates to the responsible property management specialists

Your Profile

We are looking for a personality with pronounced sales talent, high initiative, and enjoyment in active new customer acquisition.

Ideally, you bring the following qualities and experience:

• Professional experience in acquisition, sales, and the real estate industry
• Experience in active new customer acquisition
• Confident and professional appearance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• High sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of telephone and personal customer contact
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market is an advantage
• Category B driving licence is an advantage

Remuneration

We offer a transparent remuneration model consisting of a fixed monthly salary and a performance-based commission.

Additionally, you will receive a performance-related commission on the property management mandates you acquire.

The specific commission conditions are transparently recorded in the employment contract.
