Your Tasks

• Partnership Expert: You are the central contact person for local customers, manage diverse media partnerships and make Energy the "go-to" partner for exciting collaborations.
• Promotions Talent: Whether cool campaigns or outdoor appearances – you bring conceived promotions to life according to customer wishes, keep an overview on site and create real wow moments.
• Project Coordinator: Everything revolves around you, as you are the interface between customers and internal departments, coordinating everything and keeping track of the projects.
• Event Guru: No event sponsors, no events – with your reliable and responsible commitment, you are part of our successful events.
• Organisational Talent with System: You maintain your projects in the Delfin system and keep all relevant information in view. You coordinate appointments, services and implementation to ensure projects are handled efficiently.
• Making Success Visible: You evaluate projects, create meaningful reports and identify improvement potentials for future collaborations.

Your Profile

• Organisational Maestro: You are an organisational talent with a passion for implementation, have completed vocational training and ideally have initial experience in the media, event or agency sector.
• Coolness Personified: Stressful situations? No problem! You keep an overview and bring things to a structured conclusion.
• Promotion Mastermind: Branded content, sponsorship and promotions are not foreign words to you – they are exactly your thing!
• Two-Cities Professional: Whether Bern or Basel as a workplace: You feel comfortable in both regions and are ready to drive projects across locations.
• Digitally Fit: You are confident in using MS Office, enjoy learning new systems and communicate fluently in German.
• Mobile and Flexible: You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to occasionally work outside usual office hours for promotions and events.
