ROMAY AG is a leading company in the plastics industry. We develop, produce and process sophisticated, customised components and cladding systems for medical technology, rail and mechanical engineering.

To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a:

Head of Quality Management

Your profile:

• Advanced technical vocational training
• Further training in quality and process management
• Training and experience as an internal/external auditor
• Very good knowledge of process design
• Several years of leadership experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent knowledge of standards (especially DIN ISO 9001) as well as high methodological competence
• Sound knowledge of an integrated ERP system
• Strong communication skills and exceptionally high interface competence
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Networked thinking

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of the existing quality management system
• Preparation of management reviews
• Processing and maintenance of standard requirements in the area of sustainability
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits
• Responsible for all compliance issues, especially certifications
• Monitoring the implementation of measures arising from audits
• Development and preparation of quality key figures for management
