Are you motivated by the idea of leading a complex major project in the field of occupational pensions (BVG) with high strategic importance and driving it to sustainable success?
In this role, you take overall responsibility for a strategically central transformation project in the Life business area and actively shape the future of our business in occupational pensions. As Senior Project Manager Group Life, you have direct influence on a large initiative with high visibility and work closely with experienced internal and external stakeholders.
What to expect
- You lead a strategic major project in the occupational pensions (BVG) sector and bear overall responsibility for its success (scope, schedule, team, project governance, budget, quality).
- You manage interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate multiple workstreams as well as external partners, and ensure targeted implementation.
- You actively shape and maintain collaboration with a wide range of very experienced stakeholders and conduct active stakeholder management at senior level.
- You navigate confidently in a complex large corporate environment, identify risks early, and initiate appropriate control measures and actions.
- You promote organisational acceptance of new processes and ways of working, prepare steering committees professionally, and moderate them successfully.
What sets you apart
- Several years of experience in leading complex, strategic major projects in the insurance and/or pension fund environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the group life business of an insurance company or from the environment of pension funds or foundations
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management in large organisations
- High initiative, strong implementation skills, and a pronounced sense for collaboration at senior level
- Very good German and English language skills
