Hälg Group is a leading service provider in the field of building technology and Facility Management. As a Swiss family business, we are present at around 30 sites in Switzerland.
For Hälg & Cie SA, a company of Hälg Group, to strengthen the central HRM team based in St. Gallen, we are looking for a HR Business Partner 50% for the Romandy region. The main workplace will be in Geneva or Villars-Ste-Croix.
Your mission
- Assistance and advice to managers and staff in Romandy on all human resources matters (job sharing with a second person at 50%)
- Local case management and support for corporate health management at group level
- Participation in HR projects
- Conducting training sessions
Your profile
- You are a winning personality and willing to travel in Romandy (regular rotation in our branches)
- You have completed specialised HR training and have several years of professional experience in a similar field
- You have good oral and written knowledge of German
