Spitex Fricktal AG is one of the leading outpatient healthcare organisations in the region. With around 100 employees and 20 trainees, we ensure daily that people in the Fricktal area can live independently and safely at home. For over 600 clients, we carry out around 140,000 assignments annually – from somatic care to psychiatric services and specialised palliative care.

To strengthen our quality team at the Münchwilen office, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement a committed individual who takes responsibility and helps shape the Spitex Fricktal of tomorrow with us.

Your tasks

• Ensuring and further developing quality in somatic & psychiatric care and domestic services
• Developing, reviewing, and updating nursing standards, concepts, guidelines, and processes
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating quality controls and internal audits
• Ensuring professional implementation of defined quality standards
• Supporting the implementation and reviewing the effectiveness of quality measures
• Providing professional support and advice to employees and team leaders
• Identifying quality deviations and deriving appropriate improvement measures
• Identifying and coordinating training needs as well as conducting training sessions
• Implementing and monitoring the quality requirements of the Department of Health and Social Affairs
• Collaborating with internal and external specialist offices and networks
• Defining and evaluating quality indicators

Your profile

• Qualified nurse HF / FH, as well as Master of Science in Nursing or comparable further education advantageous
• Further training in quality and process management
• Several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally in Spitex
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in knowledge transfer
• Commitment and enthusiasm for change and development
• Good knowledge of the nursing process and nursing documentation
• Strong quality and responsibility awareness
• Ability to convey complex matters clearly and practically
• Independence, reliability, and assertiveness
