To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual as a Facility Management Employee (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Ensuring the operational daily business in technical and infrastructural building management as well as being the first point of contact for technical and professional concerns
• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and minor repair work as well as proper care of assigned machines, equipment, and maintenance materials
• Awarding, coordinating, and monitoring orders to external service providers and suppliers while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Responsibility for orders and spare parts management of production (approx. 30%) as well as direct contact with subtenants and other contacts on site
• GMP-compliant documentation of performed work and adherence to internal standards in the areas of safety, production, and fire protection
• Willingness to take on on-call duties and first interventions as well as support in coordinating cleaning if required

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, certified caretaker, or with a comparable manual or technical education
• Manual dexterity, good technical understanding, as well as an independent, systematic, and forward-looking working style
• Assertiveness, high social competence, and strong communication skills
• Ability to explain technical contexts clearly
• Good user knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• An impeccable reputation is a prerequisite for this role
