Your Tasks

Professional and individual care and support of the residents
Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
Support of qualified nursing staff in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process
Regular assumption of daily responsibility
Team spirit, humour and good manners
Sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn

What You Bring

Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK-recognised qualification
Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
User knowledge of electronic care documentation is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German skills
Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
Strong service and quality awareness
