What you achieve

• You lead your team (approx. 20 employees) both personally and professionally and develop it purposefully
• You manage production along clear KPIs/KPAs and optimise performance, quality, and waste
• You actively drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives - from idea to implementation
• You coordinate technical and organisational matters with internal stakeholders and support new products
• You contribute to investment projects and implement the company strategy operationally

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: As a food technologist with advanced HF/FH training or equivalent
• Professional experience: Several years of leadership experience in production, ideally FMCG / Food
• Team-oriented leadership personality with clear communication and a development mindset
• Strong analytical skills, structured and implementation-oriented with high personal responsibility
• Practical experience in Lean Management, continuous improvement, problem-solving tools, and plant projects
• Very good MS Office user skills, SAP 4/Hana advantageous
• German (C1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
