Toolmaker / Tool Maintenance (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, maintenance, repair and optimisation of demanding injection moulding tools
- Independent analysis and resolution of tool problems
- Milling, grinding, turning and, if necessary, EDM work
- Support and assistance in design and implementation of CAD/CAM solutions
- Programming and operation of CNC machines
- Technical support and coordination within toolmaking
- Ensuring quality requirements and documentation of completed work
- Active participation in process improvements and technical developments
Qualifications
- Completed training as a toolmaker, polymechanic, or comparable technical education
- Professional experience in tool and mould making
- Solid knowledge in milling, grinding, turning and ideally EDM
- Experience with injection moulding tools is an advantage
- Good CAD/CAM skills
- Experience with Mastercam and/or VISI is an advantage
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
- High quality and safety awareness
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility and leadership skills
