Authority Member (60-70%) with Focus on Child Protection

Your Tasks

• Leading procedures as well as conducting investigations, negotiations, and hearings
• Decision-making independently as well as participating in the decisions of the adjudicative body
• Drafting decisions and correspondence
• Advising and supporting clients in child and adult protection
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist agencies, municipalities, schools, and authorities
• Providing on-call service

Your Profile

• Tertiary qualification in social work or possibly education, psychology, or law
• Several years of professional experience in the field
• Experience in child and adult protection
• Methodical skill in psychosocial and solution-oriented counselling, negotiation, and conflict management
• Resilient, assertive, and communicative personality
• Flexibility, team orientation, and ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary context
• Fluent German
• Good IT user skills
