Your new tasks
- You take full responsibility for processing material and service orders, act as the central contact person, and ensure a smooth process from ordering to invoice processing
- Additionally, you diligently handle expense reports, prepare shipping documents, and ensure proper maintenance of team files
- Within your organisational responsibilities, you plan and coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring timely booking of all resources
- Building on this, you organise business trips for employees, including visa procurement and invitation letters, and check weekly time reports in the SAP system
- Finally, you support employee onboarding and offboarding by managing all administrative processes in a structured manner and coordinate interview appointments to ensure a professional recruitment process
Your talents and experience
- You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification and ideally have initial professional experience in logistics or administration
- You possess solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP and are confident in handling administrative processes
- You are characterised by a friendly, confident, and service-oriented manner with colleagues and external partners
- You are willing to work in the office four days a week
- Your working style is reliable, punctual, meticulous, and you maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
