What to expect:
- Key User FIRE-Q: Responsibility for digitalisation, further development and international coordination of the QC software with the aim of being the contact person for the FIRE-Q software in Switzerland for the German-speaking concrete technologists as well as the Italian-speaking region
- Mix design optimisation: Analysis and optimisation of recipes with a focus on quality, efficiency and profitability
- QC interfaces: Technical responsibility for the implementation of new QC systems and interfaces
- QC management Ticino: Responsibility for employees, accredited laboratory and regional QC activities
- Special and research projects: Independent management of strategic innovation and research projects
- Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as international coordination on quality and digitalisation topics
What you bring:
- Training as a concrete technologist, materials scientist, concrete or civil engineer
- 2–5 years of professional experience in concrete technology as well as sound understanding of standards and quality requirements
- Excellent IT user skills and a strong affinity for new technologies and digitalisation
- Precise, structured and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, initiative as well as a team- and customer-oriented working style
- Fluent German skills as well as practical English and Italian skills; driving licence category B
