Minerva Switzerland, with locations in Aarau, Baden, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, and Zurich, is a school of the Kalaidos Education Group Switzerland. All courses are federally recognized and broadly supported both in vocational training and in business. Our goal is to effectively build and promote the education and professional careers of our learners.
In Lucerne, we primarily offer commercial basic education and the vocational baccalaureate.
The commercial school course leads to the EFZ commercial clerk with the bilingual DE/EN option. Learning is action-oriented and uses cooperative methods. Suitable teaching materials and a scheduled work plan provide structure for learners and teachers. Content and objectives of each teaching sequence are pre-planned for teachers and classes.
The vocational baccalaureate 2 courses are part-time and based on the AKAD method. Learning takes place through self-study, with deepening in class. Suitable
teaching materials and a scheduled work plan provide the structure.

Requirements profile
- Preferably teaching diploma for baccalaureate schools including vocational baccalaureate or degree
in the foreseeable future
- Interest in cooperative methods, blended learning, and variety of methods
- Willingness to embrace Minerva learning concepts and try new things
- Private sector spirit, practical orientation, and loyalty
